Location: the hotel was close enough to the bus station which is a massive help, the river with the best breakfast views and the mountains and river. It also was to Ruc Mon cave.

Everyone who worked there was welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the river view from the dormitory room. It had things I needed, including an individual safe, a kettle, and climate control

The hotel was in a PARTICULARLY GOOD location, to Ruc Mon cave. Moreover, it's next to the river with the best breakfast views, the bus station and restaurants.

Location: the hotel was next to the bus station a hour before estimated time, and the Phong Nha caves which were open. Also, it was 1 km from Phong Nha Cave Tourist Center. I was upgraded to a well-equipped double room.

The food was good with a lot of alternatives. The location was particularly good and the staff were very very helpful.

Thank you very much everyone for a really great stay on a night out with them. I had exceptionally comfortable bed and gates in the extremely spacious. Overlooked river. The hotel had a marvellous position, on the river front.

We had an amazing time at Greenland! The family dinners were a great way to meet other travelers and the breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even providing a room to rest in before our tour. The location, just outside of town, provided a peaceful atmosphere with stunning views. we would definitely recommend Greenland as a unique and enjoyable hostel experience.

The tours were not worth the price, and the toilet and room had a few cleanliness issues. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience at Greenland was fantastic.

The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even organized a fantastic cave tour for us. The room had a beautiful view and was great value for money. We were also impressed with the tasty breakfast that was included.

The hostel lacked a social atmosphere during our stay, which may have been due to the time of year. we found it quite cold at night as the hallway windows and front door were left open, causing a draft.
